Frequently asked questions.
How is storage charged?
Per occupied pallet space or shelf, while receiving and shipping are charged per task actually performed. You never pay for empty space.
Can you track batch and expiry dates?
Yes. We record batch, lot and expiry date and pick by FIFO or FEFO.
What goods do you not accept?
We do not accept goods that require a cold chain. Dangerous goods are assessed case by case before we make an offer.
Do you have a warehouse in Zagreb?
Our main centre is in Zaprešić, next to Zagreb, and we run a City HUB in Zagreb for fast city deliveries.
Can I collect goods myself?
Yes, with advance notice.
