What are fulfilment and 3PL?

Fulfilment is the process of storing, picking, packing and shipping orders on behalf of a business. 3PL, short for third party logistics, means outsourcing those logistics and supply chain functions to a specialised provider such as 3PL.hr.

Why should I use a 3PL instead of running my own warehouse?

Operations and day to day work.

What is your typical turnaround time for order fulfilment?

Turnaround depends on order complexity and volume, and is agreed with each client. Goods are received and recorded on the day they arrive, and shipments are handed to the carrier on time, every working day.

Can I scale my services up or down as my business grows or fluctuates?

Yes. The service flexes with your volumes, from seasonal peaks to long term growth, without changing provider, system or process along the way.

What kind of truck access do you provide at the warehouse?

We accommodate trucks of all sizes, with and without loading ramps. The facility handles various truck configurations for efficient loading and unloading.

How safe is my inventory in your facility?

The warehouse runs strict security measures: surveillance, access control and inventory tracking by location and by unit, so every item is traceable from the moment it arrives.

How do you handle returns and customer service?

Return shipments are routed back to our hub for inspection and restocking. We can manage returns on your behalf and support your customer service with accurate, real time information.

Technology and integrations.

Can I integrate my e-commerce platform with your system?

Yes. Our WMS is developed in-house and integrates with popular e-commerce platforms for seamless order and inventory management. Because we build the software ourselves, integrations adapt to your operation.

How can I track my inventory and orders in real time?

You get access to our WMS, where you can follow inventory levels, order status and shipping details in real time.

04 / DELIVERY AND PRICING

Delivery and pricing.

What are your shipping options, and can I use my preferred carriers?

Deliveries move through our partner network: DHL Express, DPD, GLS, Hrvatska pošta and In Time express, managed through one point of contact. You can also use your preferred carriers, or take advantage of our negotiated rates.

Do you provide value-added services, such as kitting or customisation?

Yes. We offer kitting, assembly, labelling and other customisation services to meet your requirements.

What is your pricing structure?
